One student from each team (the Learner) is selected to leave the room. The remaining students (the Teachers) receive instruction.
While the Learner is outsude, the Teachers plan how to best instruct the Learner, making sure each Teacher has a part in the teaching. The Teachers decide how they will check for understanding.
Learners return to their teams. Teachers each teach their part of the content, with teammates augmenting as necessary. They then check for understanding.
